OUR CUSTOMERS

CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY services are available and can be used only by persons who are at least 18 years old, respectively who can carry out various transactions in accordance with the legislation in force. As a customer, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY may refuse to provide access for use to any individual or legal entity and may change the eligibility criteria at any time.

You agree to abide by the laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You must comply with the Terms and Conditions, as well as any other operating rules, policies, or procedures imposed by CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY.

Personal information provided to CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY is required to be accurate and up-to-date. CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to delete unconfirmed (if applicable), or inactive accounts and to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

In order to buy products from the CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY shop, or to publish a review, it is necessary to have a customer account. You can create a customer account in the checkout form on our first order. If you don’t want to open a customer account, you can still order products, but you won’t be able to come back and leave a review or view your order history.

Invoices can be viewed in the order history of the customer account:

For all orders, invoices are sent to the email address used in the order completion form. For legal entities outside Romania, the PDF invoice is sent to the email address used in the order completion form and printed in the delivered package. For legal entities based in Romania it will also be sent as electronic invoice using the “e-factura” system available in Romania.

SHIPPING

The purchase and shipping of the products offered by CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY is available worldwide.

CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY orders are delivered via Sameday Courier for customers based in Romania and DHL for international customers. The delivery option can be selected at checkout. If no delivery option appears on the checkout form, please contact us so we can find a delivery method customized for you.

Products are shipped within the limits of available stock. If we do not have the desired product in stock, we reserve the right to delay the shipping of the order. Shipping of products in stock is between 1-4 working days in Romania and no more than 14 working days worldwide. Products that are not in stock can be pre-ordered, depending on the product and the availability date will be announced on the product page.

Delivery charges vary by delivery method and package weight. The value of the delivery fee is calculated automatically and is available in the checkout form.

If the delivered package is not picked up by the customer, we reserve the right to send another package only with advance payment. If there are customers who do not pick up their ordered package several times in a row, we can refuse to process any future order received from that customer.

PAYMENT METHODS

International customers can pay by card using one of the payment methods available on the checkout page. All payments are made using trusted payment processors (ex. PayPal, Stripe, Transilvania Bank, etc.). 

Cash on delivery method, available only for customers based in Romania, can be made to the courier or at the easybox when picking up the package. If you chose cash on delivery as payment method, an additional fee will be added to the delivery costs. The tax amount is automatically calculated on the checkout form and may vary depending on the delivery method chosen.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 30 calendar days after receiving the product.

The return costs will be paid by the customer and the refund of the product value will be made within 30 days of the return. The return conditions are regulated by Romanian law 449/2003 and O.G. 9/2016, in the case of purchasing products from this website using remote communication techniques.

We will refund you in full the value of the product and the delivery costs, except for the additional costs determined by the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery option offered by CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY. The benefits obtained as a result of the order will be automatically canceled if, following the return, the conditions for granting them are no longer met.

Please let us know when you want to return a product, and the returned product must arrive at the CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY headquarters within a maximum of 30 calendar days after receiving the package. Please notify us of your intention to have your products replaced, or get your money back. Please note that products will be replaced within the limits of available stock.

Returned products will only be accepted if they are intact in their original packaging as delivered by CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY and show no signs of use. After receiving the returned products and checking them, we will ship the exchange products. An additional shipping fee will be charged for reshipping.

WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS

The warranty of the products sold by CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY is in accordance with the provisions of the Romanian OG no. 21 / 1992 on Consumer Protection, with subsequent amendments, and law no. 449 / 2003, respectively 30 calendar days. Please read the details of each individual product to see the exact warranty period for that product. The 30 day period is only the minimum required under applicable laws.

Please follow the instructions for use. Failure to comply with the instructions for use will void the warranty. Please keep the invoice and the authenticity certificate of the product to be able to prove the purchase of the product in question from CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Since 2016 the EU commission offers a platform, which helps consumers in Europe in case of conflicts with online vendors based in the EU. The goal is to resolve disputes fast, without complications, and out of court. CIPRIAN POPICA PHOTOGRAPHY is liable, as most companies in Europe, to participate at this platform system.

In a conflict case and when the consumer want’s to use the ODR platform, the process is roughly as follows:

  • The customer submits his complaint online on the ODR platform website;
  • The dealer is informed about this and submits an ADR proposal;
  • The customer selects from the proposed ADR guidelines;
  • Both parties agree to the ADR guidelines, or;
  • The ODR platform helps in case of unresolvable conflicts;
  • The case is resolved.
